Wayfair is always my first shopping site for furniture and home decor. The search filters are more detailed than other sites so I can zoom in on what I'm looking for. They also are quick to answer questions regarding specifics of their merchandise. Their shipping is quick and their customer service is responsive when things arrive damaged. I have used them multiple times and have never been disappointed.
I've boycotted Walmart and Amazon for being billionaire-centric instead of paying a living wage. This store is an awesome alternative. I finally needed their customer service and they far exceeded my expectations there as well.

My very first purchase was a Lantern Chandelier, one I had priced locally and found on Wayfair for less than half the retail cost. When the Lantern Chandelier arrived, it had shipping damage. I immediately contacted Wayfair who had a team pick up the Lantern Chandelier the next morning and they had a new one in my house within a week. To ensure that the replacement was in good condition, they provided in home delivery at no cost. Everything was perfect and we love this Lantern Chandelier.

We've ordered most of our furnishings for our new home from Wayfair and I've been very pleased with their service, prices and quality. Delivery is either early or on time. Everything we've received has been complete and in good condition, and when mistakes have been made, their customer service in handling them have been excellent. For example, we ordered an electric fireplace and they sent the wrong model. I called them and was given a 10% refund for our trouble and the new/correct Lantern Chandelier was here within 7 days and we were told to keep or donate the model that we had originally received, which we're actually going to be able to make use of in our basement.
I ordered a Lantern Chandelier from Wayfair and another Lantern Chandelier from another company last month, the couch came within 2 weeks, the Lantern Chandelier, still hasn't arrived. I want to thank Wayfair for fulfilling their end of the sale. Service was great, shipping was fast, and delivered with care. These Lantern Chandeliers are so large and delicate. Is very pretty. I bought one for myself and my friend. I would definitely recommend this product if you are in the market for a cute Lantern Chandelier. Great gift for any age! Looks a bit cheap, but still very cute!

These Lantern Chandelier is so versatile. Easy to clean and reversible is a major advantage. Bought in black. We love our Lantern Chandelier. I can see why he has many criticisms. Love it!!
Not sure of the low score on this company my 1st interaction with them was superb from the website where I shopped to the pricing and the delivery was so fast I couldn't believe it packaged securely and exactly what I expect from the website pictures I'll reccomend them with no problem plan to shop with them as needed things do occur an I had no issues with my 1st purchase if it changes down the way I'll update the rating

I initially ordered two barstools but for some reason there was miscommunication between csr/dispatching department and the warehouse (I assume). I am surprised to see the bad reviews on other website. I have purchased almost all items in my new house from Wayfair and they are really good! I even needed to change my dining chairs and their customer service was the best in the US! They replaced the Lantern Chandelier with no additional cost and made sure the process was easy on me. Well I had not bought one thing online in my life and heard about Wayfair. I was moving for the first time in 24 years and decided out with the old and in with the new. I refurnished every room in the house via wayfair over a period of 4-5 months. Oh yes there were some bumps in the road with damages and either waiting for full replacements or repair parts, this is where the bumps came in. The customer service reps were first class in making things right and always told me donate the current item I had rather than me pay for return shipping etc.which was always gratefully received I might add.

I needed to buy a Lantern Chandelier but I had three visa gift cards I wanted to use toward it.
