I have been watching this Latitude Run Donashia 1 Light Wallchieres for too long before deciding to buy. It is perfect. I bought this Wall Sconce last week and I love it !! I've had compliments I was wearing, right from when I was trying them out at the store! Looks good.
The Quality of Wall Sconce I have purchased from wayfair has always been great but I was worried making a large purchase without being able to touch it first... but we worried for nothing. Very happy. Shipping takes a while on this one so plan accordingly.

Ordered new Wall Sconce. Great sale prices. Beautiful furniture and I've gotten lots of compliments. The Wall Sconce originally came damaged. I called Wayfair while delivery guys were still there. They ordered a replacement and told me to keep the damaged one until the new one came. New one was delivered about 2-3 weeks later in perfect condition. Sometimes, people have to realize Wayfair is a fulfillment house--you place the order, they place it with the manufacturer and it is shipped from there.
I bought this Latitude Run Donashia 1 Light Wallchieres as a New Year present for my daughter. It is as described online. Wall Sconce looks good even though I feel it is too expensive. Should come with better packaging for the price.

Total of two weeks with proper communication from the company and the delivery service. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I received my package when they said it would arrive. The box itself had a squished corner, not too concerning as the contents were packaged very well. One of the pieces did end up being damaged. I called customer service to get a replacement part. I was on the phone maybe 3 minutes, no hassle and they already have a replacement part on the way, free of charge! The representative who helped me was so kind! I'll definitely think of wayfair if I need anything else for our house!

I spoke to a very understanding and sweet customer services who both helped resolve my returns during the pandemic. They were both helpful and resolved my issues. After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Wall Sconce was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Wall Sconce are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!
I ordered a Wall Sconce and after I realized it was going to arrive later than expected I tried to cancel online with no luck as the system told me it was already loaded for shipment. No problems! Wayfair usually comes through on whatever it is that you order through them. I've had a few problems with a couple of furniture pieces, but they replace it w/o any hassle whatsoever. It's just that you have to wait for the piece to be shipped again which is a minor inconvenience sometimes. All-in-all, I'm very happy with my Wayfair experience and would recommend shopping with them to any and all.
